Log a sale
Pick the upsell and the list price fills in. Enter a discount either way — percent or dollars — and the amount recalculates. Anything below the discount floor gets flagged. All prices are pretax — enter the amount before sales tax; commission is paid on the pretax figure.
Sales
Every logged sale, newest first. Tap any row for the full record, the discount against policy, and — if you're management — a clawback.
Trends
Month by month across whatever period you pick, head to head. Year-on-year compares the same window a year earlier. The dashed line is the $20,000 monthly minimum.
Insights
Volume is not the same as value. This ranks what actually earns — by gross profit, not just revenue — so you know what to push.
Commissions
The payroll view for the month selected in the masthead. Clawbacks come off credited revenue before the tier is read, so a grab-back can knock the whole month down a band — the report prices that in.
Reviews
Log a 5★ review a client left that names the planner. Each approved review pays that planner $50. A manager approves before it counts, and the planner's name has to appear in the review.
Proof that you're named in the review, or that you asked the couple to leave one. Stored securely on the server. Large images are shrunk automatically.
Activity
Every sale logged, edited or deleted, every clawback applied or reversed, and every change to the commission settings — with who did it and what changed. Newest first.
Audit & payroll
Go through the month's sales, confirm each invoice, deposit and form, flag any duplicates, then approve. Once approved you can review each planner's payout statement and send it.
Setup
The accelerator tiers, bonus thresholds and caseloads below are placeholders until you drop in the real plan. Everything here drives the math on the board.
